Oligio + Partial Ulthera for a Sharper Jawline (Real Patient Case)

Treatment Plan (Oligio + Partial Ulthera)
Because her baseline elasticity and facial volume were already in great condition from ongoing care, we planned a combination approach:
- Oligio: to maintain and reinforce overall firmness
- Partial Ulthera: targeted focus for jawline definition and contour refinement
This session was performed without sedation or pain injections, using the patient’s preferred intensity level and energy settings.
Safety & Comfort During Treatment
The device checks skin temperature with every shot, but because higher energy can feel more intense, we take extra care to help prevent burns. Along with the built-in cooling system, we also use additional cooling methods during the procedure to calm the skin quickly.
It was a challenging session, but she did a great job. Afterward, she told us the long trip was absolutely worth it—and she kindly sent follow-up photos and a message to the clinic. With her permission (as with our previous cases), we’re sharing her results here.
