Due to recent weight gain, the jawline has lost definition, and she wants to improve skin elasticity.
Previous treatment experience:
Oligio / Shurink / Doublo / Sculptra – has been consistently receiving anti-aging treatments.
Treatment plan:
Since her elasticity and volume are already in very good condition from ongoing care, we decided to combine Oligio for maintaining current elasticity and partial Ulthera for jawline and contour refinement.
This procedure was performed without any sedation or pain injection, using the patient’s chosen level and energy.
Even though the laser device measures the temperature with every shot, the procedure’s energy is high, so we are always careful to prevent burns. In addition to the built-in skin-cooling system, we use secondary methods during the procedure to quickly soothe the skin.
It was a tough session, but the patient handled it well. Afterwards, they expressed that the effort to come from afar was worth it and kindly sent photos along with a greeting to the clinic.
