When consulting with brides-to-be who are preparing for their wedding, there is one aspect they tend to be especially concerned about compared to other patients.
That is, [Natural results that don’t look obvious or “done”]

Many people worry that their forehead may look unnatural or awkward after forehead filler. However, if you still feel a slight dissatisfaction with a sunken or flat forehead, it is possible to achieve a natural result by correcting only the areas of concern—just enough so that the imperfections are no longer noticeable.

A forehead that is noticeably sunken above the eyebrows.
Depending on each person’s forehead shape, rather than using a large amount of filler, we corrected it just enough so that the area that had been bothering the patient no longer stood out.
Forehead filler posts are always something people are curious about—and most importantly, we always start by explaining the possible side effects.
1. Side effects of forehead filler
Fillers can compress or block blood vessels due to the filler particles or filler mass, which may cause blindness or tissue necrosis.
If such complications occur, the recovery period can be long and the outcome can be serious.
In particular, the forehead is a high-risk area because blood vessels run close to the eyes.

It’s an area where the potential risks must be clearly explained to patients.

Web-like reddish-purple discoloration and blistering may occur.
Other possible side effects include pain, bruising, swelling, secondary bacterial infection, delayed allergic reactions, and nodule formation.
To minimize these side effects:
- The procedure is performed slowly and safely, avoiding areas where blood vessels run.
- Even if blood vessels are located in unexpected areas, a cannula is used to reduce vascular injury.
- In areas where a needle is used, negative pressure (aspiration) is checked to confirm that a blood vessel has not been penetrated.
- In the event of side effects, thorough pre- and post-procedure explanations are provided, and in-clinic treatment is prepared to ensure prompt response and care.
Just as I, the practitioner, always proceed with great caution, patients should also fully understand these points before undergoing the procedure.
2. Forehead filler 1cc review
This is a bride-to-be in her 30s with visible hollowing above the eyebrows.
Although a rounder and more voluminous forehead could have been created, she preferred a natural result.
Therefore, we used a petite amount of filler to correct only the visible hollows and noticeable contours, creating a smooth and natural-looking forehead.

From my perspective, there were a few aspects that could have been improved further, but the bride-to-be said she was satisfied because the forehead hollowness that had bothered her before was no longer noticeable.
If you’re looking for subtle, natural correction that doesn’t make flaws stand out, feel free to consult Heb Dermatology about petite forehead filler.
Thank you.
