“Why do you look so tired these days?”

Sometimes, you’re startled when you look in the mirror.

As the under-eye area starts to look hollow and the anterior cheeks sink in, the entire face can appear drained and lacking vitality.

In fact, this is one of the natural signs of aging.

Under-eye hollowing and anterior cheek volume loss gradually begin to appear from the 30s. These changes happen to everyone, but if left unaddressed, they can make your impression look increasingly tired and older.

So, if you’re looking for a non-surgical, low-burden way to see improvement in a short amount of time, filler treatment can be a good option.

✔ Woman in her mid-30s

She shared that whenever she looked in the mirror, she often heard comments like, “You look tired.”

She was particularly concerned about hollowing in the anterior cheeks and dark shadows under the eyes.

In addition, there was asymmetry under one eye, where fat protruded when smiling, so this area was thoroughly explained beforehand and approached with extra caution during the procedure.

📌 Before the procedure vs After the procedure

Before the procedure: September 17, 2023 → After the procedure: September 25, 2023

These photos were taken with the patient’s consent, in the same location, and are unedited originals.

※ The effects of the procedure may vary depending on the individual, and side effects such as pigmentation, bruising, or swelling may occur. Please make your decision after a 충분한 consultation prior to the procedure.

Even with anterior cheek filler alone, the overall impression becomes much more lively. As the overall facial volume is restored, the face appears brighter, firmer, and more youthful.

Of course, when combined with nasolabial fold treatment, as in some cases, you can expect a more natural and well-balanced result. However, since this was the patient’s first filler procedure, we proceeded conservatively, focusing mainly on the anterior cheeks.

Aging is natural, but managing those changes is a matter of choice. If you are concerned about looking tired, even a simple filler treatment can make a noticeable difference.

This is recommended for those who want to look naturally younger without drastic or excessive changes. Thank you.
