Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 Purpose
These Terms of Service are intended to regulate the terms and procedures for using the services provided by Heb Dermatology (hereinafter referred to as the “Clinic”), as well as other necessary matters, including the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users.

Article 2 Validity and Changes to the Terms of Service
(1) These Terms of Service become effective upon disclosure to users.
(2) The Clinic may change the Terms of Service in the event of changes in circumstances or for important business reasons. The changed Terms of Service will become effective in the same manner as the preceding paragraph.

Article 3 Rules Other than the Terms of Service
If matters not specified in these Terms of Service are stipulated in relevant laws and regulations, such stipulations shall apply.

Chapter 2 Membership Registration and Service Use
Article 1: Definition of Member
A member refers to a general individual deemed eligible by the Clinic, who agrees to these Terms of Service, completes the membership registration form, and is issued an ID and password.

Article 2. Establishment of Service Subscription
(1) Service subscription is established upon the member’s approval of the member’s application and the member’s agreement to the Terms and Conditions.
(2) Those wishing to register as members and use the service must provide the personal information requested by the member.
(3) If the member’s application is approved, the member will be notified of the member’s ID and other information deemed necessary by the member.
(4) The ID entered upon registration cannot be changed, and only one ID is issued to each member.
(5) The member will not approve any application that falls under any of the following:

A. Application made using another person’s name.
B. Application containing false information.
C. Application made for the purpose of disrupting public order or morals.
Article 3. Service Use and Restrictions
(1) In principle, the service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are special operational or technical difficulties. (2) The service hours specified in the preceding paragraph may be restricted after prior notice to members, if necessary, such as for regular system maintenance.
(3) Online consultations, among the services, may not be available 24 hours a day, depending on the personal circumstances of the counselor responding.

Article 4 Service Fees
(1) The service is available free of charge to all registered members.
(2) If the hospital charges a fee for the service, the timing, policy, and cost of the fee must be announced on the service prior to implementation.

Chapter 3 Service Withdrawal, Re-registration, and Restrictions on Use
Article 1 Service Withdrawal
(1) If a member wishes to withdraw from the service, the member must personally complete the membership withdrawal process or submit a cancellation request to the operator via email.
(2) When requesting withdrawal, please provide your name, resident registration number, ID, phone number, and reason for withdrawal. We will verify the information on your membership records and then cancel your membership.
(3) If you cannot log in with your existing ID and password, your membership has been canceled.

Article 2 Service Re-registration
(1) If a user who has withdrawn from the service pursuant to Article 1 wishes to re-register, the member may directly request re-registration from the operator via email.
(2) When requesting re-registration, the member must provide their name, resident registration number, ID, and phone number, which will be used to verify their identity.
(3) Re-registration is complete if the member logs in with their existing ID and password.

Article 3 Service Use Restrictions
The hospital may terminate the service agreement or suspend service use for a specified period without prior notice if a member engages in any of the following acts:

a. Violates public order and morals.
b. Engages in criminal activity.
c. Plans or executes service use for the purpose of harming national or social interests.
d. Illegal use of another person’s ID and password.
e. Damages another person’s reputation or causes disadvantage.
f. Double-registers with different IDs by the same user.
f. If the service is harmed or otherwise interferes with the sound use of the service.

A. If the service violates other relevant laws or the terms of use established by the clinic.

Chapter 4 Limitations of Liability Regarding the Service
Article 1 Online Counseling
(1) The clinic will make every effort to maintain security to prevent the contents of consultations conducted by members or users of the service from being leaked to third parties other than counselors and service managers. However, the clinic is not responsible for the disclosure or loss of consultation contents in the following cases:

A. If the password is leaked due to the user’s negligence, resulting in the disclosure of consultation contents.
B. If the user deletes the consultation using the “delete” function.
C. If the contents of the consultation are disclosed or lost due to a natural disaster or other circumstances beyond the clinic’s control.
(2) The attending physician and specialists in each department may refer to the consultation contents and responses to provide a comprehensive and appropriate response to the consultation requested by the member.
(3) The contents of consultations conducted through the service may be used for the following purposes after deleting any personal information:

A. Academic activities
B. Authoring activities such as printed materials and CD-ROMs
C. Some of the service contents, such as FAQs and recommended consultations
(4) Responses to consultations are subjective and based on the doctor’s medical knowledge and do not represent the clinic’s opinions.
(5) Online consultations may not be provided in whole or in part in the following cases:

a. Repeated requests for the same consultation
b. Requests for consultations using expressions that defy common sense
c. Requests for consultations requesting a diagnosis
d. Requests for consultations regarding treatment costs, test fees, medication prices, etc.
Article 2 Information Services
(1) The information provided in the Service is general and is provided for informational purposes only. The information or consultations provided in the Service are in no way a substitute for a medical diagnosis. The information or consultations provided in the Service are not intended to replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or care. If you have questions or concerns about your health, you should seek a diagnosis from a physician. Under no circumstances should you disregard a doctor’s diagnosis or delay diagnosis, treatment, or care due to information provided in the Service. (2) The clinic does not recommend any specific tests, products, or treatments mentioned in the service. All opinions expressed in the service are those of the respective counselors. The clinic is not responsible for the content of any documents or consultations provided through the service.
(3) Accepting the information provided by this service, the opinions of participating doctors, or other members or visitors using the service is entirely at the user’s discretion. Therefore, the clinic is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or other disadvantages resulting from the use of any products, information, ideas, or instructions provided to members.

Chapter 5 Obligations
Article 1 Company Obligations
(1) The clinic shall make the service available to members unless there are special circumstances.
(2) The clinic is obligated to provide continuous and stable services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
(3) The clinic shall process opinions submitted by members through appropriate procedures. If processing will take a certain amount of time, the clinic shall inform the member of the reason and the processing schedule.

Article 2 Obligations to Secure Member Information
(1) Members are responsible for managing their ID and password. (2) Members agree to receive service emails sent as part of the service.
(3) If their ID is used illegally, members must notify the hospital.
(4) The hospital does not sell or provide personally identifiable information to third parties unaffiliated with the hospital without the prior consent of the member or user. However, the hospital may use voluntarily provided registered information in the following cases:

a. Providing developers with information necessary for developing new features, information, and services useful to members.
b. Providing advertisers with statistical information (which never reveals individual members’ identities) about service members and user groups.
c. Using the hospital to implement advertisements or services tailored to member and user preferences.
(5) Personally identifiable information (user name, ID, email address, etc.) may be voluntarily disclosed in communication spaces such as bulletin boards (hereinafter referred to as “communication spaces”). In such cases, such information may be collected, associated, and used by third parties, and you may receive unsolicited messages from third parties. Such actions by third parties are beyond the control of the hospital. Therefore, the hospital makes no guarantees regarding the possibility of member information being discovered through methods beyond the hospital’s control.
(6) The hospital may use cookie technology to facilitate the use of the service. Cookies are small text files used by websites to identify returning users and facilitate their continued access and the provision of personalized services. Cookies typically work by assigning a unique number to the user that has no meaning outside of the site that issued the cookie. Cookies do not intrude into the user’s system or pose a threat to the user’s files. The hospital cannot prevent advertisers or affiliated third parties from using cookies. If a member or user does not wish to have information collected through cookies, they can adjust their browser’s cookie settings. However, cookies may be necessary for the proper functioning of the service (especially personalized information).
(7) The hospital may share/utilize member information between the service or the hospital and business partners.

Chapter 6 Dispute Resolution
(1) Disputes arising from any issues related to the use of the service will be resolved through mutual agreement to the greatest extent possible. (2) In the event of a lawsuit arising from the use of the Service, the court with jurisdiction over the Company’s location shall be the court of competent jurisdiction.
