Today, I’m sharing a case of lower face contouring + neck wrinkle treatment.

Personally, I naturally have very deep and prominent neck wrinkles, so I receive neck wrinkle filler periodically every year.

Most people are unaware of their neck wrinkles or don’t feel the necessity of treatment.
But after just one session, they realize both the difference and the importance of the treatment.

Case: Woman in her 50s – neck wrinkle filler and lifting

She received neck wrinkle filler from me a year ago, and after a year, she kindly returned for a follow-up.
Since she has been regularly receiving Ulthera neck treatments, she fully understands that neck filler requires precision and the skill of the doctor,
which is why she drove an hour just to visit (thank you!).

A year ago, she only received filler, but I had explained that combining it with a lifting laser to improve skin elasticity would provide even better results for neck wrinkles.

She decided to try the lifting laser for the first time, trusting my recommendation.

Shall we take a look at the results together?!

So, what do you think?

You can clearly see that the skin, which had lost elasticity and covered the neck wrinkles, has significantly improved.

Skin that has lost elasticity tends to make wrinkles look worse.
For these kinds of wrinkles, simple filler or Botox alone has its limits, and of course, laser treatment alone also has limits.
Both need to be used appropriately together.

If you want your neck wrinkles improved, do you have to use laser?
No—not necessarily!
It should only be used for those who actually need it.

Like many treatments, neck wrinkle fillers should be done regularly every year.
These days, I feel reassured thinking, “At least my design and technique aren’t bad.”

Thank you.
