A small moment that made my day

Today, something genuinely heartwarming happened.

A patient told me she’d been quietly following my (admittedly not-so-exciting) posts for a full year, and that she finally decided to visit the clinic because of them.

(Yes… I felt pretty proud.)

Case 112: Female, mid-40s

Two years ago, she had her first treatment for neck lines: 2cc of Belotero filler for neck wrinkles.

At the time, her reaction was basically, “Hmm… it’s a bit better.” So in January 2023, she visited our clinic and received a Belotero neck wrinkle filler treatment.

She left happy with the results—and didn’t forget us. In February 2024, exactly one year later, she came back for another visit.

We asked how the results held up over the past year, and she gave a very honest answer.

She said the filler hasn’t completely worn off, but added:

“I wanted to do it while I can still wear turtlenecks, so I came early!”

Does neck wrinkle treatment hurt?

This is one of the most common questions we hear about neck wrinkle procedures.

Compared with many other dermatology treatments, neck wrinkle filler is generally considered one of the least painful.

With numbing cream applied beforehand, most people feel only a mild, tingling sensation, so there’s usually no need to worry.

That said, bruising or small needle marks can last up to about 2 weeks, so please plan accordingly—especially if you have an event coming up.
