Neck Wrinkle Treatment for Spring: Real Before & After (Case 111)
Winter is behind us, and warmer spring weather is finally here.
As our outfits get lighter, there are more days when your neck is naturally on display—and that’s often where fine lines and horizontal neck wrinkles feel most noticeable.

Results vary by individual. Please schedule a thorough consultation before treatment to review possible side effects such as pigmentation, bruising, and swelling.
Internationally, interest in neck wrinkle treatments is extremely high. In Korea, many people still underestimate how much younger and fresher they can look simply by improving the appearance of the neck.
Case 111: Woman in Her Late 40s (Neck Wrinkles)

OOO — a patient whose skincare commitment truly shows
She’s always been consistent with dermatology care, and more recently she’s been visiting our clinic regularly for collagen boosters, skin boosters (Juvederm, Rejuran), and skin Botox (Xeomin).
(You already know how serious we are about skin boosters at our clinic… right?)

We recently passed 1,000 treatments—and yes, we even had to open a brand-new acrylic box!
One day, a patient asked:
“Doctor, should I try a neck wrinkle treatment?”
“Which procedure works best for neck wrinkles?”
“How effective is it?”
Many of the treatments we commonly use for the face—like lasers and skin boosters—can also help improve the neck. However, for more noticeable improvement, we often recommend combining them with filler and skin Botox as well.
And because there are so many different filler and skin booster options for neck wrinkles, choosing the right combination matters.

With so many products available, it’s normal to wonder: Which one is actually right for me?
Tip: Neck wrinkle treatments can last up to 1 year (depending on the individual and the products used). If you treat in early spring, you can often enjoy the results through summer, fall, and even scarf season in winter.
Because there are multiple ways to maximize results, it’s best to choose a clinic that can accurately assess your skin and recommend a customized plan rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

She already looked youthful before treatment, but with the neck wrinkles softened, her overall impression looks even brighter and fresher—especially from both the front and side.
It’s a great reminder that improving the neck alone can make a noticeable difference in how young you appear from different angles.
Many patients have already experienced the benefits of our neck wrinkle filler lifting approach and come back for follow-up treatments.
In the next post, we’ll share a case from someone who had a neck wrinkle procedure at our clinic last year—and returned again this year.
Thank you!
