Today, I want to share a long-term project for those who are considering Juvederm Voluma, and for anyone curious about Juvederm, Juvederm Voluma, and the countless other collagen stimulators such as PLLA, PDLLA, CaHA, and bio-stimulators.

This is the first time I’m posting it, and I hope it provides useful insight for everyone interested.

Before the procedure: June 30, 2023 – After the procedure: December 20, 2024

The effects of each procedure may vary, so please have a thorough consultation before the procedure regarding possible side effects (pigmentation, bruising, swelling, etc.).

1. We often see patients at local dermatology clinics.

Since our clinic is located in residential areas and apartment complexes rather than business districts, patients who have previously received treatments often return later for other issues like itching or eczema.

This allows us to easily check whether treatments such as Juvederm Voluma or fillers have maintained their results after 6 months or a year, without the patient having to make an extra effort to come in.

As a result, we can receive feedback quickly regarding patient satisfaction and the longevity of the treatment.

2.Today, I’ll share a review of Juvederm Voluma with 6 syringes!

This case involves a patient who first started Juvederm Voluma, Ultherapy, jaw Botox, and contouring with me in April 2023, and received a total of 6 syringes of Juvederm Voluma between April and December 2023.

Case 106: Woman in her 50s – Nasolabial folds, under-eye hollows, side cheek hollows

April 2023

Our main concern was…

  1. Nasolabial folds
  2. Jawline and chin

I explained the treatment plan for the entire lower face, including the jawline, hollowing of the side cheeks, and sunken front cheeks.

At that time, improvement in the front and side cheek hollows was confirmed, but because the hollows were quite deep, there was a slight sense of limitation.

With the thought of achieving a little more lift, the patient gradually received 1 syringe at a time, eventually reaching 6 syringes.

I’ll show you the long-term results from April to December.

Without under-eye fat repositioning, surgery, or threads, the under-eye area, nasolabial folds, and hollowed cheeks gradually improve in a natural way.

Previously, I posted about Juvederm Voluma’s predecessor, PLLA Sculptra, which was used in studies proving its efficacy and receiving approval at a total of 6 syringes.

Similarly, with Juvederm Voluma, the number of syringes required for volume improvement may vary depending on the person—3 syringes or more may be needed.

Above all, I am extremely grateful to OOO, who trusted me, consistently chose Juvederm Voluma, and provided the photos.

Thank you.
