Case 104: Forehead + Glabella Botox with Forehead Contour Correction (Male, Late 30s)
Case 104: Male in his late 30s
OOO has been receiving forehead and glabella Botox regularly every 3–4 months.

Botox is excellent for softening expression lines and helping prevent wrinkles. But it’s important to know that Botox alone can’t reshape the forehead—it won’t correct hollows, dents, or uneven contours.

When the forehead is uneven or sunken, the glabella (between the eyebrows) and the brow bone/T-zone area can look more prominent. This can make the overall impression look sharper or more tired—even if wrinkles are improved.

Another Example (Female)
In some female cases, if the forehead hollows aren’t addressed, the brow area can stand out more—sometimes creating a stronger, more angular look. That can make it harder to achieve a soft, youthful impression.

In this situation, the approach is to evenly fill the sunken areas of the forehead based on key reference points, creating a smoother transition across the forehead without over-rounding.
Before vs. After

With improved forehead balance, frowning looks less noticeable and the glabella/forehead area gives a more relaxed, softer impression. As a bonus, forehead and glabella lines often look smoother as well.
Important note for male forehead filler: if the forehead line is made too round, the profile can look more feminine than intended.

If the curve is overdone, the forehead line may appear more feminine.

Results can vary depending on individual anatomy and condition. Please make sure you have a thorough consultation before treatment, including discussion of possible side effects such as pigmentation, bruising, swelling, and more.
Another Example: Female Forehead Filler (Before & After)
For female patients, a slightly rounded forehead is sometimes preferred for a softer look. For male patients, it’s usually better to keep the forehead relatively flat—focusing on subtle smoothing of hollows rather than creating a pronounced curve.
Thank you.
