3-Months On: Review of Juvelook Volume for Cheek Hollowness at Hev Clinic in Korea

It’s been a little while—today I’m sharing a fresh Juvederm Voluma review with real before-and-after results.

Because Voluma tends to settle and show its best results over several months, it took time to collect and organize these cases.

Everyone’s busy, so instead of multiple short updates, I’m sharing two cases in one post—simple and to the point.

Juvederm Voluma Before & After (2 Real Cases)

Case 1: Late 30s (Female) — Side Cheek Hollowness Improvement

About 10 years ago, she had under-eye fat grafting. Over time—especially after childbirth—she started noticing deeper nasolabial folds and more visible hollowness along the side cheek.

Her main concern was the area under the left cheekbone, where the hollow looked more noticeable.

As I’ve mentioned in previous posts, Juvederm Voluma isn’t a surgical procedure, so it’s not intended to “correct” facial asymmetry the way surgery can.

That said, with careful assessment and injector technique, we can often balance volume and soften the appearance of unevenness. This case shows that effect quite clearly.

We addressed the side cheek hollowness, nasolabial folds, and under-eye hollow with Oligio, and added subtle jawline contouring using Ulthera.

Case 2: Late 30s (Female) — Front Cheek Hollowness Improvement

This client wasn’t initially focused on Voluma. But after I explained that filling mild hollow or sunken areas can help the face look brighter and the skin appear firmer, she decided to proceed.

She had hollowness in both the front cheek and the side cheek, with the front cheek appearing slightly more sunken.

From the side, you can see the front cheek volume looks a bit depressed.

One thing to know about Juvederm Voluma (collagen-stimulating/volume-support filler effect) is that the improvement can be very clear in person, yet surprisingly difficult to capture in photos—especially with subtle volume changes.

Please keep that in mind when comparing images.

How Did They Feel About the Results?

At the third (final) visit, we took updated photos and asked each client whether they personally felt a difference.
