Today, I’m sharing a before-and-after review of a nasolabial fold correction procedure using fillers.
Case: Woman in her mid-40s.

To correct nasolabial folds, you need to:
- Restore firmness to the skin around the nasolabial folds that appears sagging.
- Fill in the deepened folds with fillers or collagen injections.
These two steps are essential.
(+) Before proceeding with nasolabial fold correction, keep these points in mind:
- Avoid overdoing it – too much is never good.
- What works for others may not work for you – the treatment must be tailored to your specific wrinkles.
For some, Juvederm Voluma alone may be sufficient, but in other cases, fillers may be needed, and some might require Ulthera, laser, or Botox.
Your friend may have improved with a filler, and your neighbor with just Juvederm, but your nasolabial folds are unlikely to be exactly the same as theirs!
Before procedure vs. Immediately after procedure

The biggest advantage of fillers is that you can see the effects immediately after the procedure.
However, filler procedures are highly dependent on the practitioner’s aesthetic sense, style, and technique.
So, if you’re considering a filler treatment for a particular area, I strongly recommend reviewing their portfolio thoroughly and choosing a place that matches your personal style.
Additionally, there are several methods to correct nasolabial folds…

There are various methods such as fillers, Juvederm Voluma, Radiesse, Ulthera, lasers, and Botox.
If you have access to all these options, your nasolabial folds can improve more quickly, more easily, and with less pain.
Thank you.
