As the beginning of spring has passed, you’ll start to notice that long padded jackets are gradually disappearing from the streets.
With warmer weather approaching, people will begin to expose their previously bundled-up necks more and more.

The best treatment for this season?
Yes, it’s neck wrinkle filler.
Case 24 – Before neck wrinkle filler treatment

Around this time last year, the patient received exactly 2cc of neck wrinkle filler, and this year, they came in for a pre-spring treatment.
Since they had received Belotero Soft last year and our clinic also uses the same filler, we proceeded with Belotero Soft 2cc again.
In the case of this patient, having previous filler experience meant there weren’t many questions or worries.
For those who are new to neck filler and are considering it, I hope this post helps address many of your concerns.
Most common questions before neck filler treatment
Q: How long does the effect last?
The perceived effect lasts around 3–6 months. Even if it seems like the filler has disappeared after 3–6 months, comparing to pre-treatment photos will show that the wrinkles were deeper before.
However, by one year, most of the filler is gone—99.9% is restored to the original state.
Many reviews claim that filler lasts a long time, but in reality, neck filler often disappears completely. By this time next year, the wrinkles may become noticeable again.
Q: Will neck wrinkles completely disappear?
Neck filler does not completely remove wrinkles. It makes them less visible—less deep and less prominent than before.
What’s certain is that the neck looks younger. Depending on wrinkle depth, the amount of filler used, and personal satisfaction, the improvement can be estimated at 60–80% reduction in wrinkle prominence.

We also examine the area under different lighting conditions.

The procedure is performed carefully after examining and assessing the area from multiple angles.
Two weeks after the first session, before the touch-up.

Even if the filler is fully and precisely placed along the wrinkles during the first session, the neck is a highly mobile area. As you move and go about daily life, the filler naturally settles into a smoother, more natural line.
Receiving a touch-up on any remaining areas can further enhance the natural result.

Previously, the neck wrinkles were deep and prominent, but after the filler, they have become lighter and finer, making the wrinkles less noticeable.
Q: How can the effects last longer or improve further?
This session focused solely on neck wrinkle filler, so this post shows how much improvement can be achieved purely with filler.
However, in most cases, prominent neck wrinkles come with signs of aging such as sagging or loose skin. Combining treatments like Ulthera, Oligio, or skin Botox can create synergistic effects, enhancing the results, extending longevity, and even providing preventive benefits.
For those who, like the patient, are trying filler for the first time and may feel nervous or worried, we posted the before-and-after photos after obtaining consent.
Thank you.
