Today, I’d like to talk about scar treatment, which is a concern for many people, particularly focusing on methods using CureJet.

The first time I posted about CureJet was in February 2023.
I began the first demo in December 2022, and considering CureJet’s official launch was in October 2022, I can say I was quite an early user.

At that time, if you searched for “CureJet scar” on Naver Blog, there weren’t many posts, and our blog was almost the only one showing before-and-after reviews.

However, over the past two years, many dermatology clinics across nearly all regions now use it.

Still, even now, if you search “CureJet Juvellook scar treatment” on Naver…

Almost 10% or more of the cases shown belong to my own patients.

If you exclude photos of just the laser device or promotional images, I believe the proportion would be even much higher!

Considering that now many dermatology and plastic surgery clinics nationwide have CureJet, I think this is a significant share. (^^)

It’s exciting that with this new CureJet laser, treatment of previously difficult refractory scars can now extend beyond Korea to worldwide use, and it may also be applied for wrinkles, skin elasticity, and even hair loss.

However, as I mentioned in previous posts, very delicate adjustment is required. If the scar type, skin type, or skin condition isn’t properly considered and too strong or too much is injected, it can actually make the scar look worse or damage the skin.

I had concerns this might happen, and indeed, within just one year, those concerns have become reality.

(By the way, I’ll be visiting Germany in February as well!)
^^!

Basically, in February 2025, I’ll be giving two lectures at a conference attended by dermatologists and plastic surgeons from Germany and Europe!

Regardless, my main focus is now domestically in Korea—to ensure patients can receive CureJet treatments without depressions or complications, and to minimize side effects for more people.

Recently, I realized that I should share my clinical experience more actively and give lectures to achieve this.

That’s why, at our upcoming in-house seminar, I immediately decided to focus on scar treatment using CureJet as the primary topic.

While showing a variety of cases,
(before and after CureJet acne scar treatments)

Not only my cases, but also Director Lim’s CureJet and Potenza treatments for acne, pores, and scars were included, along with demonstrations, making it a very comprehensive hands-on seminar.

Many attendees gave great feedback and asked insightful questions.

It’s very unfortunate to see reviews occasionally showing skin depressions after CureJet treatments.

I hope that from now on, everyone can receive scar treatments properly, without worrying about side effects!

Thank you.
